Sometimes things do not happen as expected. In case the rental item you have
has any problems, then this is what we do for returns and refunds.
1. When the Return Is Accepted

The return will be accepted in cases where the dress arrives and clearly
shows some kind of damage, or even if its colors are more than fifty
percent different from those on our site.

This is done within the given timeframe for return after receipt.

The dress needs to be unused and the same as it was received.
2. How Refunds Work

Refunds will be done only via bank transfer.

No cash refund is issued from our end.

Refund processing may take some time, depending on the bank.
3. What Is Not Eligible for Return

A minor difference, as the view appears different on screens or in the
light.

Any dress that has been worn, altered, or torn after it has been
delivered.
