We understand that it can happen sometimes that after receiving a rented dress, when you go to try it on, it doesn't fit properly. But you don't have to worry. You just have to reach out to our support executives either via email or by phone and convey your size-related issue. They will help you through the next steps, and you will have the desired size in just a couple of days.
Returning a rented dress is as easy as the booking process. At the time of ordering an outfit, you will be asked to select the desired duration for which you want to rent a dress. So, on the final day of your rental duration, one of our delivery partners will contact you and come to your doorstep to pick up the dress. In any case, if you want to return a dress before the last day of your rental duration, you need to get in touch with our support team and convey the same. We will look after the rest. We promise you a hassle-free return of a rented dress.
It is quite normal that while using or handling a rented dress, minor wear can happen. We don't charge any extra fee in any such cases. However, in the case of any major damage, after thoroughly investigating the product, we will charge an additional fee for the damage. If, by any chance, a product is accidentally torn or damaged, contact our team immediately. Our team will guide you on the next steps.
